The Eden neighborhood has 55 villa style residences, situated around a central lake and between the greens for the 9th holes of the Sabal and Savannah golf courses. This community is located around Paradise Circle, and accessed from Strand Boulevard by turning onto Stem Drive.
The homes were built between 2000 and 2005, and have several different floor plans, both courtyard style and traditional, both one- and two-story. All of the homes are beautifully landscaped and appointed, making this a very desirable community.
Eden is located next to The Clubhouse, tennis courts and fitness center at The Strand.
The Eden Homeowner’s Association annual meeting is generally held in February of each year.
